Gloriously roasted in Canada, Mani's Pure Filter Coffee is crafted from the highest quality Monsoon Malabar Arabica beans. Sourced from longstanding family-run farms in India, it offers a wonderfully sweet, nutty aroma and makes a perfect cup of filter coffee. This coffee powder is blended with 20% chicory to enhance taste and give you that familiar flavor, which will take you (back) to South India. The beans are roasted in small batches and they are carefully ground and packaged to order ensuring the delightful scent is locked in. Enjoy the tradition and taste of the generations.

Brewing instructions:

Mani's Filter Coffee is meticulously crafted to deliver the authentic flavors of South Indian Filter coffee.

For the truest experience, we recommend brewing it using a traditional South Indian Filter, allowing the aromatic brew to slowly percolate through the coffee grounds. Add 3 teaspoons of Mani's Filter Coffee to the top of a filter. Place the filter tamper stick on top and add boiling water till the brim of the filter. Let the decoction slowly percolate to the bottom container. A strong, thick decoction will approximately take between 20-30 mins to percolate. If the decoction percolates sooner, you probably need to add more coffee powder next time. Best coffee decoction takes 30-45 mins to percolate and it is recommended that you leave the decoction to percolate overnight so that you can enjoy your filter coffee next morning, like the traditional South Indian households do.
